La pizza è sicuramente buona, anche i fritti, non c'è bisogno di dirlo. Ormai prenotare un tavolo in una pizzeria a Roma è piu difficile di accaparrarsi un biglietto per gli Oasis, oltre alle mille conferme che vengono richieste e a breve inseriranno la garanzia della pensione di famiglia. Questo per dire che quando si pone al cliente delle restrizioni di orario e condizioni, bisogna essere in grado dall'altra parte di rispettare le tempistiche. Avevamo la prenotazione alle 22, ci siamo seduti alle 22.40 e questo per me è poco serio per un posto che è considerato di buon livello e pluripremiato. Quindi invito a fare attenzione a questi dettagli, se si vuole mantenere un certo standard e una certa immagine. A fronte di questo, devo complimentarmi con i camerieri, soprattutto una ragazza che è stata davvero gentile e accogliente e ci ha addolcito il disagio di mangiare alle 23.

Abbiamo degustato molti dei fritti in menù. Nota positiva per il supplì classico, gli altri buoni ma a Roma abbiamo provato di meglio. Invece la pizza, la vera protagonista, è stata eccellente! La prossima volta andremo dritti al sodo, perché merita davvero. Quella con burrata e alici straordinaria è l’impatto è da veri maestri. Mi è dispiaciuta un po’ la carta dei vini, viste le pizze sarebbe da ampliare e lo staff da formare per abbinare in maniera corretta vino-pizza.
