Il rooftop dell’hotel The Chapter, a due passi dal Ghetto Ebraico e vicino al Lungotevere, è una vera chicca. La vista sui tetti di Roma è suggestiva e l’atmosfera richiama quella di un locale messicano, sia nello stile che nel menù. Molto carina l’idea dell’ape car usata come cucina a vista, da cui escono tortillas e chips di platano fritte al momento: perfette per accompagnare un drink. E a proposito di drink… davvero ben fatti, curati e creativi. Non abbiamo provato i piatti completi, ma solo qualche stuzzichino. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare per godersi un aperitivo originale e rilassato nel centro di Roma.
