Exactly as you'd expect a fast food place to be- pretty neat, tidy. Fast service. My only complaint is about lettuce in the chicken burger... WHY OH WHY do you chop it up finely? It falls out and makes a huge mess! I was jealous of my bf who had a normal burger, normal lettuce leaf and didn't struggle to eat...
