I challenge you to name a better bakery in Riga than Bazaar. Amazing place, try the salted caramel buns, one of a kind. The "biezpiena plātsmaize" is another star and so is the chocolate one. If you want salty, the "cīsiņš mīklā" or kimchi bun are both excellent. The skinny girls working there must be witches, how else can you stay so slim surrounded by such incredibly tasting buns, croissants, pies and tarts? Impossible, I say. I've been there around 20 times, each time was a pleasure.
