Wirklich sehr, sehr lecker und guter Wein dazu Wir hatten das Überraschungsmenü und es hat sich sehr gelohnt. Spoilern mag ich nicht, aber man kann auch Zutaten ausschließen, also für 65€ ein guter Deal! Dessert hat nicht mehr rein gepasst leider. Kommt auf meine Favoriten Liste!

Das Sauerteigbrot mit brauner Butter war ein perfekter Auftakt.. warm, aromatisch und mit herrlicher Textur. Der Babykopfsalat mit Wild Pickles, Dill.. war frisch und geschmacklich klar komponiert. Beim Hauptgang überzeugten sowohl das Miso Fried Chicken als auch die veganen Austernpilze mit intensiver Würze, begleitet von Kimchi Slaw und knackigem Gurkensalat. Der gebratene Lachs mit Forellenkaviar und Erbsen war lecker. Zum Abschluss das Dessert-Highlight Sticky "Snickers" ..süß, luftig, cremig, einfach perfekt. Dazu ein alkoholfreier Gin Tonic und sehr freundlicher Service.
