Katastrophales Personal. Eine Dame bedient, der Rest macht irgendwas anderes wie zB Inventur (Zählen der vorhandenen Softdrinks und Niederschrift auf Zettel) während 10 Kunden warten. Als Pächter/Eigentümer würde ich dem Service Personal mal ein paar Grundlagen in Sachen Kundenservice erklären. Aber gut, wahrscheinlich braucht er/sie den möglichen zusätzlichen Umsatz und Gewinn schlicht nicht. Update: 09.08.: Das neue Personal ist deutlich besser! Die neuen Jungs sind deutlich aufgeweckter und freundlicher (Die Jungs mit Migrationshintergrund machen einen deutlich besseren Job als die alt-eingesessenen deutschen Damen)

Die sowieso schon stadtweit teuersten Mohn- und Sesambrötchen wurden von 1,00 € auf 1,20 € erhöht - pro Stück!
