Wieder mal ein Traum 😉 Waren bereits häufiger im Aska um Ereignisse im der Familie zu feiern! Wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben uns für das 8 Gänge Menü mit Zusatzgang inkl. kleiner Sake Begleitung entschieden! Es gäbe auch 10 Gänge. 8 Gänge waren für mich völlig ausreichend! Unbedingt einen „Sparkling Sake“ als Aperitif nehmen. Die Gänge waren hervorragend und Gang für Gang einfach genial! Atsushi Sugimoto, der Chef des Restaurants ASKA hat das Essen mit soviel Perfektion und Hingabe zubereitet und präsentiert - wir saßen direkt vor ihm - eine reine Freude zuzusehen! Ein wunderbarer langer Abend! Wer gerne einen aussergewöhnlichen Abend oder Samstag Mittag verbringen möchte - ist dort perfekt aufgehoben! Ein Lob an das Serviceteam, welches mit ihren herausragenden Kenntnissen zu der Sakebegleitung und den einzelnen Gängen uns direkt nach Japan zurückversetzt hat! Gerne wieder 😉

Ich war vor kurzem mit meinem Partner dort und das Essen war ausgezeichnet – der Service ebenfalls erstklassig und die Auswahl an Sake ebenso. Ich muss sagen, dass ich manche Bewertungen zur Größe der Portionen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen kann. Meiner Meinung nach war jeder Gang perfekt abgestimmt und genau richtig portioniert. Schließlich möchte man ja nicht hungrig nach Hause gehen. Chapeau!
