Prague was our penultimate stop on our Europe trip! I had an excellent Pho Bo Tai from Pho Vietnam Anglica. The loaded this bowl with medium rare beef and it was very tender. The broth was very flavorful and elevated with lime and sriracha. This was such a comforting and delicious meal. Highly recommend!
