Do Sushi Oishi jsme šli s chutí, odešli jsme… no, spíš se odvalili. A to doslova. Když vám říkají, že za tisícovku budete přecpaní, nevěřte jim – realita je ještě horší. Nebo lepší? Záleží, jestli se po tom chystáte běžet maraton, nebo jen zapadnout do postele a litovat, že nemáte víc žaludků. My zvolili to druhé. Personál? Božský. S úsměvem, rychlí, milí, nenucení, jako kdyby vás obsluhovali dobří kamarádi, kteří vám navíc nosí jedno kulinářské mistrovské dílo za druhým. A to menu? Tohle není obyčejné sushi – tohle je poezie na talíři. Každý kousek je jako sonet od Shakespeara – akorát že místo slov dostanete tuňáka, lososa nebo nebesky jemný úhoř. Sashimi se rozplývá na jazyku jako sen, maki role jsou tak akorát velké, že vám v puse nestihnou říct “sbohem”, a tempura? Křupavá, lehká, a tak lahodná, že by ji jedl i ten, kdo se prsí, že “sushi nejí”. Až příště budete přemýšlet, kam na sushi, vzpomeňte si na Oishi. Jen si neberte pásek – nebo alespoň nějaký s gumou. A neplánujte si po tom nic náročného – leda tak rozepnout knoflík a s láskou si pohladit břicho. Verdikt: 11 z 10. Ať žije Oishi – místo, kde sushi znamená štěstí.
