Pleasant birthday dinner spent in intimate setting with tasty food. Kudos to server Mariana. She provided excellent help in picking both the food and the bottle of wine to improve the evening. Setting: Normally, people are served in a garden area. Unfortunately, after a recent rain that area was unavailable. We were seated in an outside glass covered terrace area. Lovely note - there were several baby peacocks. They were cuddled together for a nap and could be seen walking around and trying to climb places later in the evening. Incredible. Starters: Useful to know, you can pick foods from any menu. This includes starters from Michelin menu. We tried carpaccio and tartar. Both were great, but carpaccio was especially good. The marshmallow style mozarella cube under the meat added a new dimension of texture to a familiar dish. 10/10 Main dish: For main we had Veal and Sea Brim. Veal was good. The meat cooked perfectly and tasty paprika sauce worked well with the meat broccoli puree was tasty and seemed to pair better with the meat than the paprika sauce. Odd part was the tiniest pieces of popcorn on top of broccoli. Almost felt like they can get stuck in your teeth. Other than that great. On the other hand, fish was outstanding. The sauce paired with it improved the taste of both the fish and mashed potatoes. Side of Cabbage tasted almost like baked apples. Great dish. Strongly suggest you try it. Desert: Meringue for desert with rose caviar. Some fresh fruit and jam with it, but I do love rose jam made into small pieces of caviar. Overall, great impression. Restaurant is well priced relative to what you are receiving in return. Tasty food and great atmosphere. Would come back again.

The restaurant which is in The Grand Mark Prague. Food was very good, the service very professional and friendly and atmosphere was lovely, with a pianist playing on the background. We ate there for two nights in a row as we were just too tired to go somewhere outside to search for something else. But we did not have to regret our choice as its superb restaurant. Special thanks to Alem - our waiter for the first night! Very professional and friendly! And on our second night we had Mariana who recommended me a very nice wine to go with my main course of veal which was the best veal I have ever had as it was cooked to perfection! Just melted in your mouth! And the little amuse bouche on both nights were delicious! Keep up with the good work and greetings from Norway ❤️
