Skvěle kino, skvělý vjem filmu!

Kino je super. Všechny sály jsou hezké, moderní, před každým představením je tam čisto. Za mě super zvuk a pohodlný posed. Občerstvení taky celkem fajn. Protože hodnotím kino, dávám 5*. Ale musím si rýpnout do zákaznického. Nově nikde není telefonní kontakt. A řešil jsem nějaký problém se vstupenkou přes mail (označovány jako hotline), na který jsem dostal odpověď po 40-50 minutách. Facebook, resp.messenger je na tom podobně. A není tam chatbot. Takže urgentní věci jako "zaplatil jsem, za chvilku začíná film a v aplikaci ani mailu nemám vstupenku l" je trochu problém 😁 Ale věřím, že se to zlepší 🤞
