I used to stop in on my way to work, but I stopped because of the rude customer service. At first, I thought it might just be me overthinking, but I still believe some of the treatment was due to my race/culture, especially after being bypassed a few times. On the positive side, the restaurant staff has been much better. Even when I only order one item, the servers are attentive and welcoming when I come in. That said, the bakers could use some training in both ethics and customer service. If you’re in the service business, you should be willing to serve everyone with respect, no matter what they look like. After reading other reviews, it’s disappointing to see that not much has changed.
