Durante mi viaje a Poznan, tuve la suerte de descubrir Papavero, y puedo decir sin duda que fue una de las experiencias gastronómicas más memorables de todo mi viaje a Polonia. La cocina es de un nivel excepcional: cada plato está cuidadosamente elaborado, con sabores equilibrados y presentaciones que son casi obras de arte. Se nota la pasión y profesionalidad en cada detalle. El servicio es simplemente fenomenal. Elegante, atento y discreto, el personal logra que te sientas mimado, siempre pendiente de tus necesidades y con una sonrisa genuina. Además, como extranjera, me sentí especialmente acogida: todo el equipo se esfuerza por que te sientas cómoda. Papavero no solo es un restaurante; es un lugar que deja ganas de volver, no solo por su gastronomía impecable y su servicio sobresaliente, sino también por la calidez que transmiten a los visitantes.
