Poranek w Lavendzie rozpoczął się od dwóch klasyków – śniadania polskiego i angielskiego. Oba zestawy zostały podane estetycznie i z dbałością o szczegóły. Śniadanie polskie urzekło prostotą i świeżością – dobrze wypieczone pieczywo, twarożek i sałatka, do tego jajko przygotowane idealnie na miękko. Wszystko smakowało jak w najlepszej domowej kuchni, ale z wyczuwalnym akcentem restauracyjnej elegancji. Śniadanie angielskie to z kolei solidna dawka energii: chrupiący bekon, soczysta kiełbaska, grillowane warzywa i aromatyczna fasolka w pomidorach.
