The food was very good as Chinese takeaway style food goes, I've just knocked it down by one star because of an minor gripe and I'll preface by saying my friend really enjoyed hers, the staff were very nice and the place looked clean and tidy. My only issue was that when we walked in they gave us just the standard takeaway menu that's clearly for the English market and I'd just been swimming for an hour so I was exhausted and didn't have the energy to question it. I can't imagine this is something that would bother the large majority of people but I used to live with a Chinese girl and we regularly took turns cooking for each other so I know what Chinese food is supposed to look and taste like. I could see other tables with Chinese customers getting the 'good stuff' from their other menu, spotted the other menu on a table and found myself getting a bit sad and jealous. It looked so good and more like what I miss having. I'm fully aware this was in large part my own fault and I just need to grow a backbone and tell people what I want. Please just give me both menus so I don't have to 😅

The food was amazing, portion sizes are massive and so worth the money. 10/10 recommend!! New favourite Chinese restaurant.
