I visited here for a lunch break and was blown away! This is an amazing little taco shop that I highly recommend visiting with your friends. The menu is very simple and very affordable. The tacos are like 4.75 each and there’s a large variety of meat options. They also had quite an extensive drink menu. I ordered the quesabirria tacos, and they were phenomenal. It came out piping hot, and was really tasty. The consommé was strong but didn’t completely overpower the natural flavors of the meat. The shell held together the whole time and didn’t make a mess in my hands. I was also very impressed with the two dollar salsa, it had a little bit of a kick to it which was a nice surprise. My service was really fast and all of the servers were extremely polite. The interior of the restaurant is super cool, especially the huge hole in the wall that allows people watching. I really enjoyed the small parts of the experience two, like the tile tables and the weaved chip baskets. They also had plenty of seating options, including some seats on the outside of the bar. This is one of my new favorite spots in D.C and I can’t recommend it enough!

Nice Mexican food and just adjacent to our hotel too! Loved the food, drinks and festive atmosphere here! Definitely a place I would like to come back to. BTW their Tamarind Margaritas are great!!
