First time here while visiting from out of town and the Matcha latte was amazing. Thanks to Six for her patience and helping me with choosing from the menu; loved her energy. Look forward to coming back :)

I can be very patient but the Georgetown location serves retail workers that are constantly waiting 10-20 minutes just to order when there’s no line. I’ve reached out to the manager several times but almost a year has passed and nothing has changed. If there’s only 5 customers why is it taking this long? Blank street isn’t a small mom and pop shop, which I don’t even want to compare them to because even the small shops like Soleluna can move a 20 person line through the door (orders included) in about 10 minutes. Something needs to change.

I waited in line for 40 minutes, only to be told by the barista that they were no longer accepting orders. The white guy right before me was apparently the last one they served. I’m not sure if that was intentional or just a coincidence, but almost everyone still waiting in line after that point was Asian. There were no new customers joining the line, so I really don’t understand why they couldn’t just finish orders of rest of customers. If they had already decided to stop accepting orders, they should’ve estimated that earlier and asked the last customer in line to let others know. I didn’t even get a chance to try their food or drinks because of how poorly this was handled. It completely ruined my mood. A perfect example of bad scheduling and poor customer management — strongly suggest Georgetown University could use this shop as a case study in their MBA curriculum. For tourists, if you’re looking for a blank spot in your trip itinerary, feel free to visit this place. You’ll get absolutely nothing! 🙃🙃🙃
