EDIT: They finally redid the front and now the line makes sense!! This makes me so happy because this place seriously has some of the best ice cream in the world and now when I go I won’t have to get all annoyed by people cutting in line and stuff! 5 stars yay! Old Review: Lush is one of my favorite places to get gelato in the city, maybe even the whole world but I am always so frustrated by the layout of the store or at least the way the line is handled. It gets busy like any spot that’s worthwhile, and that’s fine. But what’s not fine is the lack of any sensible way to wrangle people into a clear, serviceable line. I’m sure it would make the experience better for customers and employees. Im sick of trying to get a scoop only to have some huge family cut me in line because the layout makes no sense at all. I don’t know how to fix the line situation and I literally have no other complaints about this place it’s just such a frustrating thing to encounter every time I go. Until people get some common sense not having some markers on the floor or a sign suggesting how people organize getting ice cream here is more of a chore than a treat and that really sucks
