They only come to La Condesa on Fridays along with the food market. We were wondering around and got attracted by the perfectly fried sunny side-up eggs. The cook saw me filming and tried to show the completed plate of food to my camera. Soon they brought us two small pieces to try and we were immediately convinced upon tasting them. We got the Huevos and Bistek Huarache with half and half salsa and it was delicious. It was the first time we had Huarache and I am so glad we tried it here with these lovely people, who even cut the Huarache in half for us without us asking. Price was very reasonable too. There's also a stall selling the most delicious strawberries and Agua Frescas right next to it.
