The nicest lady served me I think she was called Maddie - I’m usually not a fan of pumpkin spice but I felt adventurous and she made me one. I’m now a convert! She was amazing at crafting the drink and had such lovely service whilst doing so!! She deserves a raise 💖💖

Pippa - she absolutely made my day, seemed like she read my mind in a positive sense - she was so cheerful and smiling and incredibly kind. I share this because it's been years that any barista/Cafe staff member impressed me so much, especially that I was in rush and received my coffee literally perfectly tailored, the whole experience was like a blink of an eye. Aaand! On top of that received survey to fill up with 2£ off as a reward. She made me feel as if she was a great friend of mine I haven’t seen a while! Absolutely amazing I wish there is more team members like that!! Management- please promote her higher!!
