🇬🇧 Review en inglés: We are visiting Paris from Lyon, and out of our whole trip, youness he has been the friendliest and kindest person we’ve met so far. He offered to help us and explained how to get to our destination with a big smile. We don’t speak French, and sometimes when we speak English, we get a few odd looks but maybe that’s just because we’re used to all the smiles and friendliness from Florida! 😄 So honestly, a little Parisian seriousness is refreshing… haha! He works at Starbucks and is exactly what you’d expect from someone who represents the brand warm, polite, helpful, respectful, and always smiling. A real “Starbucks kind of person”! 🇫🇷 Avis en français : Nous sommes en visite à Paris depuis Lyon, parmi tout notre voyage, youness a été la personne la plus souriante et la plus gentille que nous ayons rencontrée jusqu’à présent. Il nous a proposé son aide et nous a expliqué comment arriver à notre destination, toujours avec un grand sourire. Nous ne parlons pas français, et parfois, quand nous parlons anglais, on nous regarde un peu bizarrement — peut-être parce que nous sommes habitués aux sourires et à la gentillesse en Floride ! 😄 Alors, un peu de sérieux parisien… ça change, haha ! Il travaille chez Starbucks et incarne parfaitement l’esprit de la marque : chaleureux, serviable, respectueux, toujours souriant… un vrai “Starbucks guy” ! 🇪🇸 Opinión en español: Estamos en Lyon y vinimos a conocer París. Y de todo nuestro viaje, youness ha sido la persona más amable, sonriente y simpática que hemos encontrado hasta ahora. Se ofreció a ayudarnos y nos explicó cómo llegar a nuestro destino con mucha disposición y una gran sonrisa. No hablamos francés, y cuando hablamos en inglés a veces sentimos que nos miran un poco raro… tal vez porque estamos acostumbrados a las sonrisas y la amabilidad de Florida 😄. Así que un poquito de seriedad parisina nos vino bien jajaja. Él trabaja en Starbucks y realmente es una persona muy “Starbucks”: amable, servicial, respetuoso, sonriente… ¡un encanto de persona que representa perfectamente la marca!
