Good day, everyone. I would like to share my opinion regarding the reviews. If you are a regular customer at this store, as I am, then you probably already know what time you won’t be able to get food from the oven or a hot dog with coffee. All the employees work according to a set schedule, and at a certain time, they have to remove the buns, clean the coffee machine, gather the sausages, and clean the oven. Also, don’t forget that Żabka is, first and foremost, a store — not a restaurant. According to the franchise regulations, you can ask to have your food heated, and based on the employee’s decision, they may do it for you. But people seem to have forgotten that, and now even when they see the employee is busy (even if they’re already heating food for someone else), they’ll still ask for their food to be heated — forgetting that there’s only one oven. On top of that, Żabka employees have other responsibilities too, such as placing price tags and restocking products. And yet, even here, people find things to complain about — like a price tag that hasn’t been updated or a product that’s out of stock. Throughout the day, these employees serve more people than you even notice while walking down the street. Each of those people has their own problems in life, and they often bring them into the store — reacting negatively when something doesn’t go their way. Sometimes, it even shows up as racism. Personally, I’m always served perfectly. Sometimes I ask to have my food heated, and sometimes I see that it’s simply not possible. That’s why you should treat employees the way you’d want to be treated yourself. Wishing you good health 🙂‍↔️ FOR YOU Darek, if you really didn’t care about the item that wasn’t heated for you, you wouldn’t have written a 400-word story and filed a complaint against Żabka. Every franchise has its own rules for their store, and if it says that all equipment must be cleaned after 10:00 PM, then that’s what needs to be done — doesn’t matter if it’s a regular employee or the manager doing it. So keep your grudges and childhood traumas to yourself 😋 And when you asked the employee — the girl who, according to you, didn’t serve you “the right way” — you were told three times that everything was already turned off and nothing could be heated anymore. So your sense of humor shouldn’t affect how you rate this place. Wishing you good health, man.
