Great Service from Manager Lucia at Wagamama My family of 4 (2 very young children) had a lovely visit to Wagamama, and Manager Lucia made the experience even better. At the end of our meal, we had a small query, and she handled it with such professionalism and kindness. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. Her friendly approach really left a great impression and ended our visit on a high. Thank you, Lucia!

Everything was extremely well. The staff was very friendly; even though they were quite busy, there was always someone available to help or advise. The food was also good. One small piece of advice: it would be better to serve the main courses at the same time. Unfortunately, one of us had almost finished their dish while another just received theirs.
