Just discovered this new place, I got the smash burger and my sister got the hawaiin. We both really enjoyed the burgers. Meats was flavourful and cooked to the right texture. Better flavour than some of the other well branded restaurants.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tanky's Burgers in Tooting, and I can confidently say it was one of the best burger experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, the owner made me feel incredibly welcome with his friendly and genuine approach. His passion for great food and customer service is evident in every detail, which made the whole experience even more special. Now, let’s get to the food! I ordered the Big Daddy, and let me tell you, it lives up to its name. For just £8.95, this burger is a beast. It comes with a 100% handmade Angus beef patty, a perfectly grilled chicken filet, turkey rashers, melted cheddar cheese, crisp lettuce, fresh red onions, and a mouth-watering blend of spicy sriracha mayo and Tanky's signature sauce. All of this is served in a soft, toasted seeded brioche bun that holds it all together beautifully. I also asked to add some Algerian sauce on the side, which was a game-changer—rich, creamy, and a little bit tangy, it complemented the burger perfectly. Every bite was packed with flavour, and the combination of textures and tastes was spot on. The balance of beef and chicken, along with the sauces, made this one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. But the burger was only the beginning! I also tried the Angus Dirty Fries—and let me just say, they were phenomenal. For £6.95, you get a generous portion of curly fries (make sure to ask for them!) topped with Angus beef, gooey melted cheese, jalapeños, red onions, tomatoes, and Tanky’s special sauce. The beef was juicy and flavourful, and the toppings were fresh and perfectly balanced. The heat from the jalapeños combined with the creamy sauce made each bite an explosion of flavour. If you’re a fan of loaded fries, this is an absolute must-try. The curly fries added that extra crunch and fun factor, elevating the dish even further. What really stood out to me, beyond the incredible food, was the value. In a city like London, where you can easily spend a fortune on food, Tanky's offers fantastic quality at affordable prices. Both the Big Daddy burger and Angus Dirty Fries were filling, delicious, and incredibly reasonably priced for the portion sizes and the quality of ingredients. You can tell that Tanky’s takes pride in offering premium food without breaking the bank, which is something I truly appreciate. And of course, the service was second to none. The owner took the time to check in on all his customers, ensuring everyone was happy and satisfied. It’s rare to experience this level of personal care at a burger joint, but it’s what makes Tanky’s stand out even more.
