On arrival, the staff had a terrible attitude and seemed very unapproachable. The service was awful, with my order taking over 45 minutes—far too long for fast food—and customers weren’t even informed about the delays. The restaurant is quite small and badly needs more seating considering how busy it gets. I was hoping the food would be worth the wait, but it wasn’t. The menu images are very misleading; the food was poorly presented, tacos were mostly empty, and everything else was overly salty and soggy. The only positive was that the prices are inexpensive.

I had an extremely disappointing and unhygienic experience at the Taco Bell in Colindale. I ordered a 7-layer veggie burrito for my daughter, and not only was the service rude and unprofessional (specifically from a female staff member named Ms.Khush), but the food was also contaminated. Upon opening and eating the burrito, we discovered a strand of hair embedded inside the filling. This is absolutely unacceptable from a food hygiene standpoint. It raises serious concerns about cleanliness in the kitchen and the handling of food. Coupled with the poor attitude of the staff member who prepared the meal, this experience was both frustrating and concerning — especially since the food was meant for a child. I have attached photos as evidence and I will be sharing this experience on relevant platforms to ensure this issue is addressed seriously. I expect an immediate investigation and a response from management, along with a sincere apology and corrective measures to prevent this from happening again.

The burritos are very dry and empty. I say the same about the tacos, no flavor and very, very dry🤢🤢
