Please check the temperature of the food before serving, my veggie patty was barely warm and the vegetables were frozen so when I ate the sub it was a disappointing experience because it felt undercooked. This is easily solved by cooking the pattys separately before toasting again like other subway branches. Thank you

I was in subway today 14/5/2024 around 12pm. There was another customer being incredibly rude to the lady making his sub. She was taking his abuse. He turned to me so I could agree with him and bully the lady further. I asked him to stop being rude to the lady. He pulled the race card and it was bizarre as we were all people of colour. He then stormed out of the shop and threw a chair as he left without paying for or taking his sub. This boy was older than my son maybe 16-17 said he worked in hospitality. I just don’t understand how someone could be so rude to someone who is in customer service roll. I really struggled with seeing this lady being abused and bullied. She thanked me after this person left. I am writing this incase the young man tried to make a complaint.

As with all fast food joints, they never get a 5 Star. The service was impeccable and the lady behind the counter made me a great sandwich, I asked her to make what she would usually have for lunch, and made a chicken tikka Sandwich, it didn't look great but tasted really nice Thank you
