This remains the best French bakery in the area by far. People have been too tough on the new owners in their reviews. It is true that the previous had placed the bar very high, and after the transition some degradation could be felt in the quality of products. However, building quality takes time and already less than a year in, we can appreciate it has improved again and will soon be back, if not already there, to that of the best days of Patisserie St Anne. Disappointed customers act like they have another option but there is still no match for that bakery. Maybe they should add a pinch of humanity to their review rather than attacking a business which is clearly trying hard to keep up with the reputation it inherited.
