I use to go daily at Kaspa Streatham. The food is always delicious 😋 but the most amazing thing is environment (staff and surrounding), staff is amazing, cooperative and friendly. I think they are trained to provide such an amazing and stunning service, having efficient service while following all the procedures accurately. Maintenance of cleanliness and having great work ethics. These all things can't be described in words, you must have to visit this place to feel that things. Especially Ali Bhai so kind and charming personality, just see him, talk to him and you will feel sweet before eating your sweet. Ali Bhai, Waseem Bhai and all other staff is highly respectful and friendly. I hope, your experience would be amazing. Must visit the shop, highly recommended.

We went for 2 milkshakes and a sundae, they got our order wrong and when we told them that it was wrong they got it wrong AGAIN even though we SHOWED THEM WANT WE WANTED and we had to wait longer, about half an hour in total for a small order. Also taking bare time to serve us, serving customers who came after us instead of us. Bad service but the desert was okay. Also Syed, I dont like your attitude, listen to your customers better.

The crumble was good HOWEVER the service was so poor. Everyone seems miserable which is fair BUT it’s not my fault! Slow service, and they made a mistake on our order, went to remake it and made others orders before ours.
