Had a great experience at Itsu Brixton! The food was fresh and tasty as always, but what really stood out was the service. Fathima was incredibly helpful—she noticed we were having a bit of trouble with the self-service kiosks and kindly stepped in to guide us through the process. Her warm and friendly attitude made us feel really welcome. It's always nice when staff go the extra mile, and Fathima definitely did. Big thanks!

Laura and Jennifer served us today with excellent customer service, kind and caring attitude with warmth and friendliness. They both helped with the explaining the menu I was unable to fully see the menu nor able to use the self serf kiosk or app. Served directly from the till and having a nice conversation the old fashioned way was lovely and made us feel hearted well and also respected as they did not usher or force us to use the app or self serve kiosk! They were patient and attentive when we wanted to add more food on to our order for three people - Jennifer was serving another customer and Laura came out to ask if I was okay and if I would like to order more. As a disabled customer using a walking aid it’s harder for me to order with a device or tap the screen when my hands are shaky or having spams…this happen often with Multiple Sclerosis & I have no control over how much I can use my hands effectively so the human help is very very much appreciated. Laura and Jennifer also helped us bag up our take away, providing us with dip sauce containers for our bun…delightful! O and the food was super yummy and still nice and HOT when we got home! No microwave means we have to heat and eat!!!
