This food changed my life. It was just after midnight, I left the concert hall right next door after my very first concert. They confiscated my water, and I'm very thirsty and eagerly looking for a location to quench myself. And then I see it. Bubble Waffle. I previously avoided random food stores like this because it's the middle of London and you don't know what you're getting. But I caved. And caving was the best choice of my existence. The guy at the counter was doing flips, spins, the waffles were in the air upwards of five seconds before he caught it perfectly and continued crafting this fine delicacy. Two other people were served before me, keep in mind this is directly after a concert next door so there were MANY people, yet I was too mesmerized by this man's mastered skills to care. I got the bubble waffle on the stick. The taste was so gorgeous that I instantly forgot any names and was solely set on cherishing this moment. It was freshly created infront of me, and still hot when I received it. The warmth of the pastry kept my white chocolate drizzle melted and smooth. The texture was light and airy, not rubbery nor raw, just perfection. I considered getting more toppings, but I wasn't sure as I haven't tried it before and didn't want to waste money on something I may not like. Guys. It was heaven. Never doubt Bubble Waffle. If a simple white chocolate drizzle had this effect on me, what would more extravagant additions do? I am afraid of it's power. The bubble tea they served too was delicious. The white peach was delightful and the passionfruit boba was fresh. The combo of the flavors were recommended to me by a worker as the one I originally wanted was out of stock, and I ask you to never doubt their choosing. Normally hole in the wall places like this have bad bubble tea, like the one I bought on my way home from my London journey. Not this one. The perfect balance of tea, flavor, naturality and sweetness. I have since returned home. I see no future plans of me returning to Camden anytime soon. It has haunted me every day since. The gentle caress of the bubble waffle against my lips and the refreshing liquid of the tea. I have tried to find other Bubble Waffle locations, and Google can't help me in my journey. Searching Bubble Waffle brings up many extremely random, unrelated places which makes me believe this may be a one-off, random store. There is no website nor phone number linked. I have been considering getting into gambling to obtain the funds required to travel back to London for another fleeting moment of consuming this treat. Oh Bubble Waffle in London Camden, you will haunt me like a first love. Tldr: please give them your money because if I return to London and this place is gone I will genuinely crash out. Pls come to Scotland Bubble Waffle I will travel any distance to reach you
