Been here multiple times. Friendly staff and the food is amazing- also a great place to buy bread, and to come for breakfast/brunch. Sometimes the service can be very slow, one time I came and waited around 45mins for pancakes, but overall this is a nice place to go. I recommend getting the bacon bap or the buttermilk pancakes.

There cakes are very delicious. At any occasion we have as a family, we get the cakes from Jade's. It might be a bit on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. I can not comment on their onsitte service as always done take aways. Definitely can recommend this place.

I am a dedicated regular at Jade and have been for many years, the staff are fantastic, helpful, kind, often racing around (!) to make sure the service is top notch. I get a good couple of hours of work done in Jade each day which I am very grateful for. The coffee is superb and the atmosphere inviting. I see occasional customers treat the staff quite badly at times, expecting them to be subservient doormats rather than human beings, so if you do go, please extend the grace to them that they do to you.
