Recently, the service here has dropped and to be fair, it feels like that’s happening around that whole area (not sure what’s going on). They don’t take phone orders anymore, which is really inconvenient, and ordering through Uber just isn’t worth it for what they offer. At their prices, there are several other options locally that give you better value for the same or less. On top of that, the convenience factor is gone. Before, it was easy to call up and place an order, now you’re forced onto an app where the prices are higher and the portions don’t feel as generous. For regular customers, that’s frustrating. Overall, it feels like standards are slipping. They were once a go to, but right now, it’s hard to justify picking them over the competition.
