Despite travelling to where my family lives, eating meals there, nothing beats the competition between food here in my town here in London! Lovely people and amazing service

London's first and only authentic Cretan restaurant with a fantastic selection of various dishes, as located in desirable Fitzrovia. Everything was absolutely perfect. As soon as I walked into the restaurant - I felt like I was back in Hellas. Owned by a well known Thessalonian entrepreneur - Nikos Nyfoudis, who runs successful restaurants in Thess - the entire concept from start to finish was spot on. I work semi remotely from gorgeous Thessaloniki (UNESCO gastronomy capital of Greece), and the dishes as served (dakos salad and feta spring rolls to start, gamopilafo as main) were authentic and superb in quality and taste. The red wine as suggested from the famous wineries in Macedonia and nestled just outside of Thess, brought me straight back to Thessaloniki. Lastly everyone who works there is super chilled and just genuinely lovely. Highly recommend!

Today we walked past and it looked so inviting we stopped for a drink and nibbles. We were impressed so came back for dinner. The staff really care and provide attentive and knowledgeable service. The atmosphere is spot on. Sophisticated yet relaxed. Food is really flavourful and made with quality ingredients. In a city with so many options it is hard to find the places with quality infused into every dish and glass. This place does that. Had a great evening and will return!
