Absolutely loved our visit to Rupert Street Gay Bar! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of energy. We brought along my 80 year old mother-in-law, and to our delight, she had the best time, a real testament to the inclusive and vibrant vibe this place offers. The bar staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and added to the fun with their upbeat energy. Drinks were top notch, especially during happy hour, which was a great bonus. The bar was surprisingly busy for a Thursday late afternoon and added to the buzz. Highly recommend whether, we'll definitely be back. Thank you, Rupert Street.

After catching up with different groups of friends for the first 2 hours of the bar opening, a barman kicked us off the table with no warning or apology waving a sign he'd just written saying it had been booked. At this point it was busy and we had nowhere else to sit, if we'd been given time to drink up and vacate it wouldn't have been such a slap in the face. Strongly suspect it was for his friends. Very disappointing and we'll find somewhere else to meet up in future. Edit to your reply: Still unacceptable, your bar always gets busy so close your booking system earlier or at least give existing customers a 10-15min warning to finish their drinks before kicking them off their table. Your customer service stinks, you say sorry to me but in your next sentence say 'however'. You're not sorry at all.

What is all about this bar waiting for 30 minutes for a beer and the guys looking at you like you are invisible, so sad because this bar was not like that before.
