Arkhe is simply one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. We tried the tasting menu, and every course was a work of art — the wine pairings were spot-on, and including a gin cocktail in the pairing was a brilliant touch. The service was excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. I can definitely recommend Arkhe!

Vegetable world never had a better representation. Sharp, creative and above all delicious food. Top notch service, and for those whole like to dive deep into the wine world don’t hold back, there’s a lot to discover with the Maestro Alejandro. Hats off to the whole team. A restaurant to revisit over and over again

Nous avons passé un moment formidable et une expérience gustative inégalée. La qualité culinaire et l'utilisation de méthode lacto-fermentée sont un pur régal ! Le service également, rien à dire ; les serveurs parlent français avec nous même si, en étant à l'étranger on trouverait ça normal de parler anglais ou de parler la langue du pays natal. Un point positif également concernant le menu "surprise", en effet, vous ne savez pas ce que vous allez manger avant d'arriver (mis à part que cela sera végétarien bien entendu). Les petits détails qui nous laissent sur notre faim.. : - Un menu un peu "light" justement, nous n'avons pas eu le plateau fromage étant intolérant au lactose et avons apparemment eu autre chose à la place, mais nous avons quitté le restaurant avec encore un peu de place. - L'ambiance et l'espace, une ambiance cosy dans un superbe décor, mais peut-être un peu trop proche des autres tables. - Le goût global et le prix des boissons : nous aurions voulu opter pour le wine pairing mais au vu de son prix nous avons opté pour une bouteille de vin blanc s'accordant avec notre menu (très bien conseillé par le sommelier présent) et concernant le prix total, avec un petit supplément pour l'eau servie durant le repas et un apéritif, une note de 325€ avec donc un petit goût de "trop peu" ce qui nous laisse sur cette note de 4/5. A recommander tout de même, pour une belle occasion. (Et une petite/moyenne faim)
