We ordered 4 different Udon. Thai Style Curry Udon : Very watery and tasteless. I don't feel any coconut milk, lemongrass,curry and fish sauce (These are the general ingredients it should have for Thai Green Curry) Kimchi Udon : Not as in the picture in the menu, no kimchi at all. Overall is the best for us between these 4 orders. Another 2, I don't remember the menu name. But also very tasteless, watery and nothing the same as what's mentioned in the menu. I'm sorry for my comments but I wish your menu development team should do more surveys and research. Your service team is good, just a pity to them because there are 2 people to serve the cloud during the weekend. Staffing so limited, Kitchen staffs 2 person's (1 female kitchen helper + dish cleaner) and main chef just 1 person. I hope the owner will pay attention to my review, you have good staff even so packed they're doing their best to serve the customers. Hopefully you will add on staff for the weekend. Bravo.
