The place is great and the service is professional and very welcoming. Overall we had a positive experience and highly recommend it. Slight suggestions of improvement: - in the private room with the lion fountain. While it looks great l, it would be useful if the customer could switch off the fountain if they’d like to. It makes a lot of noise so it’s a bit disturbing when you’re just trying to relax in the pool - the changing room would have better privacy with a door instead of having a curtain - the hole on the massage table is really small. I don’t have a big face but I couldn’t place both my nose and chin in it so it gets really uncomfortable. I’ve been to several massage places and this wasn’t an issue

5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, authentic, and beautifully designed - you really feel transported back in time. The baths are spotless, well-maintained, and each pool has the perfect temperature for relaxing. The staff were kind, attentive, and explained everything clearly, making us feel comfortable right away. The massage was excellent and added so much to the whole experience. If you are visiting Granada, this is a must-do - it's the perfect way to unwind after exploring the Alhambra or wandering the city. Highly recommend 👍
