If I can give a 0 star I would have! Definitely for customer service in there is very disappointed, I really do not know how they even get the job. Okay, I went into greggs in East Kilbride town center (Plaza store) the other day using my rewards.. went first time asking a SENIOR Woman to put my order in separate bags because of my kids but she did not do that for me, did not smile, not polite and very rude woman! So.. I walked out, got rewards for free item, went back in there for my free reward using my reward, the woman (should of got her name) said I can not scan or use more than one time a day, I did not believe that, I scanned my QR code for my rewards and it said I don't have to pay anything but that SENIOR Woman still talk my money. I asked did the manager say that customer is not allow to scan their rewards more than one time a day, the woman said YES! Really should of talk to her manager. I decided to call up greggs customer service and the very nice lady on the phone said there's no Limit on how many times you can use the rewards, you can use more than once a day, so she got me the free rewards back. The lady on the phone said its very unacceptable for that SENIOR Woman to do that. she does not know what customer service means and do not know how to do her job properly. Should not hire somebody like that! This was on Wednesday 30thJuly around 3.30PM...

I honestly can’t remember such rude and unhelpful staff, worst branch in East Kilbride ever! greeted with horrible customer service, clearly hates her job! then told no iced drinks, go elsewhere, also said oven doesn’t work can’t heat your food.. the whole language and tone was demeaning, shouted over to me very Rudely that you can’t sit there as you have paid for take out, could have been more discreet but to scream in public was embarrassing and humiliating - sad and worst experience ever! Avoid unless you want lack lustre and horrible staff experience, felt like a Karens restaurant experience, the person who shouted out me was Paula the shift manager, terrible lady.
