Bij toeval Mokja ontdekt. Even een kort berichtje gestuurd of het nog mogelijk was de BBQ te bestellen. Wat een feest was dit. Lekker buiten op ons terras de mooie gerechten gegeten. Hulde aan Ae Jin Huys!

Wow, just wow. We tried the take-out Korean bbq before and were really impressed so we wanted to share the experience with some friends. We ordered korean bbq for four people. When I arrived to pick up the food, the owner was still making some dishes, you can't get any fresher than that. Our friends were very excited upon seeing what was included in the package. We ordered some extra jeon's which were the star of the party, especially in combination with the dipsauce it's accompanied with. Speaking of sauces, the ssamjang was heavenly. Only small point I could bring up is the kimchi, we are used to the kimchi flavours and like very funky, fermented kimchi. The kimchi that came with the take-out was perfect flavourwise, but it was not very fermented. I guess it's to cater to a wider, kimchi unexperienced audience. Maybe we should've asked so I can't blame the owner for this. The portions were perfect for us four, everything was finished but we are big eaters, so I can imagine some people having some leftovers. It is 100% worth it for the experience, but the flavours make it even better. Authentic Korean food without breaking the bank!
