I am just finishing a course of 8 Lymphatic Drainage Massages post extensive plastic surgery. I have just purchased another 8 sessions at Essences with Vanessa. I have found my Lymphatic Drainage Massages at Essences so far to be vital in my post operative healing process. I recently had an extended tummy tuck, breast & arm lift post bariatric weight loss surgery. I can’t recommend VANESSA & her essences team highly enough. Essences are based on Crow Street , Dublin 2 & also are based at Ask the Midwife in Dun Laoghaire,Co Dublin. Vanessa is exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly & is an absolute expert at Lymphatic Drainage Massages. I am 3 weeks post op & I attended Vanessa & Kate for 2 pre operative Lymphatic Drainage Massages before my operation & now I am having 2 x LDM a week to manage the swelling & to aid my swift recovery. Vanessa has focused on draining my back, legs, arms & stomach. I feel Lymphatic Drainage Massages are a vital & a necessary part to my recovery post extensive plastic surgery. I would highly recommend Vanessa & her team.I feel in great hands as I continue my recovery & bi weekly LD massages at essences. I feel all the staff at Essences are very experienced & friendly. I feel in great hands at Essences and can’t thank the team enough for their continued professionalism & care.
