Our waiter, George Brown, provided exceptional service, making sure we felt pampered and well taken care of throughout the meal. We kicked off our culinary journey with refreshing vermouths on the rocks, setting the perfect tone for what was to come. The Escalivada appetizer, featuring caramelized goat cheese on a bed of grilled peppers and toast, was an absolute delight. The flavors harmonized beautifully, making it a memorable start to our meal. My main course, the lamb slow-cooked in the oven for 12 hours with potatoes, onion, and tomato, was nothing short of extraordinary. The tender lamb practically melted off the fork, and the combination of flavors was simply divine. My dining companion opted for the beef tenderloin, also slow-cooked for 12 hours, served with truffled potato cream.
