[Mention Excellence] Tout dans ce restaurant vous transporte dans une expérience italienne authentique que l’on puisse venir chercher en tant que français ou simple voyageur. L’expérience de l’entrée au dessert est un réel enchantement tant au niveau de la qualité des plats proposés que de la qualité du service. En effet, nous avons eu le droit à un serveur unique durant toute la durée du repas qui a su répondre à nos interrogations, nous guider, nos orienter dans le choix des mets selon nos goûts ainsi que dans le choix du vin. N’ayez pas peur de demander à partager l’entrée ou le dessert, la pratique est appréciée et c’est ce qui nous a permis de partager les plats et de découvrir des saveurs différentes lorsque nous ne parvenions pas à faire un choix. De l’entrée au dessert en passant par le plat copieux tout était raffiné et cuisiné avec des produits frais, authentiques, une présentation parfaite qui s’alignait parfaitement avec le standing du restaurant. Il n’a pas besoin de mon avis pour parfaire sa réputation mais ce restaurant constitue une étape cruciale et obligatoire pour votre passage à Pise, comptez une quarantaine d’euros par personne pour passer une agréable soirée.
