Pizzeria gourmet molto buona. Miglior pizzeria a Pisa.

Siamo stati benissimo, tutto ottimo: aperitivo e pizze, due con salmone affumicato, due con lardo di Colonata, una con baccalà e una alla carbonara. Pasta ben lievitata e leggera, abbondante condimento. Locale tranquillo. Personale gentile.

Siamo stati diverse volte in questa pizzeria in occasione di compleanni e inviti da parte di amici. L’ultima volta però è stata veramente da dimenticare. Una buona pizza ma niente di indimenticabile ed anche molto piccola, non sono giustificabili i prezzi delle pizze che a mio avviso sono decisamente eccessivi. Una pizza 18€ per dei pomodorini, fiori di zucca e lardo è veramente un furto. L’attesa è stata lunga e sono mancate alcune accortezze da parte del servizio. Coperto 3€ e non c’è nemmeno la tovaglia sul tavolo.
