Purtroppo devo confermare la bassa qualità delle brioche che non sono assolutamente sfogliate, sono al pari se non peggiori della pasta brioche che si fa a casa. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero basso se si considera 1,50 euro a pezzo. Ci sono bar di provincia dove la brioche sono assolutamente migliori e costano meno.
