Il miglior panificio di Pisa a mani basse, consigliatissimo. La focaccia é strepitosa, per non parlare della crostata. A me é piaciuta tantissimo la torta di riso e crema, e anche quella ai bischeri

UNA CERTEZZA A PISA Sono anni che capito in questo panificio e mi sono sempre trovato bene, anzi benissimo. Li ho scoperti quando lavoravo in centro, in Corso Italia. Poi ci sono sempre tornato. Anche oggi che abito fuori città, quando posso ci capito, anche perché in auto è facile parcheggiare un attimo in via Crispi e scendere un attimo a prendere il pane. Al banco ho sempre trovato la signora o la figlia: persone cortesi, veloci e molto simpatiche. Ti riconoscono, salutano con affetto e ci scappa sempre un commento, una parola. Quando dalla parte di produzione spunta il figlio partono subito saluti e battute. È un negozio di quelli di una volta, da questo punto di vista, che fa venire il buonumore solo a pensarci. Sono un vero forno, con la produzione. Offrono un'ampia varietà di pane, schiacciata, pizze, etc. Personalmente trovo buonissima la pizza capperi e acciughe: a volte, solo per farmi una coccola, me ne prendo un pezzetto da mangiare in ufficio. Dulcis in fundo, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.
