Hanno in assoluto il pane più buono di Pisa. La qualità la vedi dal fatto che dopo giorni è sempre buono. Ottimo il pane di grani antichi. Il loro pane è leggero non come quelli che una pagnotta la fanno pesare un chilo. Le rose di focaccia sono fantastiche. Ottimo anche per ordinare rinfreschi. Prezzi eccellenti.
