Restaurant sympathique. Les pizzas sont très bonnes et la viande au poids excellente. Les prix sont excessivement corrects (y compris pour le vin).

Il cibo è buono e i piatti abbondanti, ma il servizio è un po' scadente. Per quanto il personale sia gentile, pecca in altre cose. Ad esempio sono stata due volte e la prima mi hanno portato il contorno solo quando avevo gia finito il secondo. La seconda volta invece il mio compagno aveva un antipasto e un primo di terra e io un secondo di mare. Senza chiedercelo hanno dato per scontato che io mangiassi l' antipasto di terra insieme al secondo di mare. Io mio compagno ha iniziato a mangiare da subito, io ho dovuto attendere un' ora! Poi mi hanno portato via il piatto senza neppure accorgersi che era pulito. Inoltre hanno in menù una grigliata di pesce in cui é scritto che è accompagnata con verdure alla griglia, ma non è vero. Il piatto, abbondante per carità, viene servito con pesce e qualche ciuffetto di rucola per decorazione, ma della verdura alla griglia non vi é traccia. Peccato perché i prezzi sarebbero anche onesti.

Frequento questo ristorante ormai da tantissimi anni e posso dire che il menù è sempre ricco, vario e goloso, con piatti davvero ottimi e un prezzo più che giusto per la qualità proposta. L’unica pecca che ho notato riguarda le stoviglie: i bicchieri risultavano opachi, probabilmente consumati dal tempo, e le posate non erano perfettamente pulite. Sarebbe opportuno fare un controllo più attento su questi dettagli, per mantenere alto lo standard del locale. Per il resto, rimane un locale storico di Pisa che consiglio assolutamente, grazie alla sua cucina gustosa e alla tradizione che porta avanti da anni.
