A Hidden Culinary Gem in Phuket! We tried the Kang Soong (with fish), which tasted more like a spicy curry without coconut—bold, aromatic, and absolutely hit the spot. The pork with salt was soft, fatty, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Then came the squid in black ink—I’m not usually a fan of squid, but this dish truly surprised me. It was rich, flavorful, and unforgettable. And finally, the sea grapes (also known as green caviar)—this is something you really need to experience. I’ve never seen seaweed presented like this before: fresh, vibrant, and paired with spicy dipping sauces that elevated it into something truly unique and delicious. The restaurant itself is tucked away—think sheds in the middle of a mangrove forest—but don’t let that deter you. It’s off the beaten path, but well worth the journey. Price wise this one won't hurt your wallet. One of the best meals I’ve had in Phuket.
