Great place to train, The owners and workers there were Very welcoming and helpful. Trainers here are excellent. Was only here for a short time but I enjoyed the classes and highly recommended the pt sessions. The pts I did with Kru Kwanchai & Kru Petch helped me alot. The trainers here in general were all friendly and felt like they actually cared and were helpful in improving technique. The gym has a very nice vibe to it in general. I would definitely come here again
