One of the best meals I had in Paris, if not of all time. This is a tiny little bistro, with one chef and one waiter. The waiter was incredibly kind and generous, and made the experience all the more special. The food was prepared so well, with incredible flavor. The menu is short but sophisticated. It seemed like quite a few locals frequent the restaurant, as well, which was great to see. Can't recommend enough.
